RETURN POLICY : You can return some items within 14 days (14 days or more) of placing your order. We will process the refund as soon as possible after we receive the items from you.（You need to pay the postage by yourself）Customers will be charged the shipping cost at most once (this includes return shipping). There is no stock to pay to consumers for returning the product.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: socks, underwear & nightwear, jewelry and accessories (except scarves and bags). Our shop reserves the right to refuse to refund any item that does not comply with these Conditions of Sale.

 

 

 

CHANGES IN SERVICE AND PRICES: The prices of our products are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to change or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) at any time without notice.

All promotions granted in the form of vouchers are valid for a certain period of validity. Our shop reserves the right to change prices at any time.

 

FORCE MAJEURE: Our shop shall in no case be held liable for breach of the obligations set out in the present conditions in the event of an event of force majeure, namely a natural disaster, fire, war, riot, strike, ambush, flood, impossibility of obtaining raw materials procure, or an event beyond Our shop‘s control and will.

 

ATTORNEY FEES AND COSTS: Customer agrees to indemnify Our shop against any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party for breach of these Terms and Conditions.

 

WARRANTY: All products sold by Our shop are warranted to the purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. They are all manufactured in accordance with industry standards. This warranty is in lieu of and excludes all other warranties not expressly stated in this document, whether express or implied by statute or otherwise, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No agent, employee or representative of Our shop is authorized to waive the terms of this warranty or to make any modification, addition, representation or warranty not contained herein. You can return some items within 60 days of placing your order.

 

REMEDIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Our shop disclaims all liability for any loss, damage or expense, direct or indirect, arising directly or indirectly from the sale, handling or use of the items or from any other cause. Our shop's liability is limited solely to replacing items that do not conform to this contract and refunding an amount equal to the purchase price of its items, including in the event of a complaint regarding non-compliance with this guarantee. If Our shop requires the return of certain items, those items must be returned in accordance with Our shop's instructions. The remedies set forth in this paragraph shall be the sole and exclusive remedy available to Buyer. SOur shop is committed to acting in good faith in resolving breaches of liability.

 

BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY: The buyer declares that the items ordered are adapted to the use for which they are intended. The buyer declares that the use of the items complies with all applicable regulatory requirements. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Our shop, its group, agents, employees, or affiliates harmless within the limits of applicable law. This indemnity includes all costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) of damages arising out of actual or alleged claims and penalties imposed for violations of federal statutes, provincial regulations, or any standard.
